About me

I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy . As a member of the BACP, my work is governed by their Ethical framework.

In 2015 I developed strong desire to help others and wanted to support people experiencing challenges. This then led me to pursue a career in counselling.

I have gained a vast amount of experience working with adults from all backgrounds of all ages who are experiencing difficult emotions, some of which cause them to feel overwhelmed and as a result, find living their daily lives a challenge.

I have worked at an independent local charity offering counselling to those caring for others who were unable to manage life without them, due to challenges such as illness, disability, additional needs or mental health issues. I have also worked at Mind where I supported people experiencing difficult emotions.
